Philly BEC - Cases from SWA & Regional

If cases from SWA and regional office go to Philly BEC/ Dallas BEC, will cases will be in different queue for SWA and regional or both cases will be mixed up.

Any ideas?

Frankly speaking it is difficult to tell and nobody knows. From what I have been observing in the forums, I see a general pattern emerging.

I think they are clearing the old cases first and mostly these old cases are the ones that made it to the federal level and got piled up there. Beyond that is anybodies guess considering these facts
- that there are some satellite offices doing processing
- then there is this posting : http://www.immigration.com/fromtheagency/brcupd.html which says that processing will begin only after data entry.

So; I can call myself "very confused" not just "confused" as you are.

I asked this question to my lawyer and they are also not completely aware, they are waiting for DOL to officially post the processing times. Until then it is just our guesses.
