Philadelphia RIR Pending Cases only - 2002, 2003, 2004

CERTIFIED - FINALLY after 5 yrs & 6 months...

I just wanted to share some good news. My labor just got approved after 5 & 1/2 years. My employer just received the notification in the mail today.
The certifying date was January 17th, 2007.

I am not sure how to react because I am in complete shock. The website still shows "In-Process"

I would like to thank this forum for their support through the hard times.

Man, I thought mine was the oldest pending case! My case was approved today. Online status changed this morning. I am completely speechless.. BTW, my co-worker's case was also approved last week, she was notified by HR, PD APR2002.

Case Denied ... please help

Last week we came to know that the case was pending NOF, issued twice Aug and Nov. My attrny and employer never got th NOF

Today the status of the case changed to Denied

Gurus.

Has any one of you have faced similar situation.

Please advice as I am bit panicked

I asked for a screenshot yesterday - got it back the same day. Today the website shows the status in IN PROCESS.

I also asked for a screenshot and got it back next day.
But I sent two emails, one from my personal email address, and one from my company.
I only got a response form the company email

I checked the status online today, and it changed from DATA REVIEW to IN PROCESS. I don't know how long it will take before it's CERTIFIED.
