AVM

Within how many days do you guys think it will be available for AVM system to give the status on partiulcar case after DOL receive the file from SESA?


Mien was filed in DE SESA in NOV and i still don't know where it's right now.

I appriciate your input on this.

Looks like both the systems are down. Can some call 215-861-5250 and let them know. Use option 6. I have already done it.

Mine took about 2 weeks. VA SESA forwarded my case to Philly DOL on May 27. It was received at Philly DOL on June 02 and they updated the AVM on June 12.

Its working now (I just got through after one busy signal and it picked up on the 2nd ring).

It wasn't working at all for me from about 5pm last night so maybe your call fixed things

Moved to Philly from DE SESA

Guyz,

My attorney just emailed me saying that my file was moved to philly DOL on 07/22/03...

Hope it will not take tooo long in Philly.

Date DE SESA received: 11/19/2002
Date moved to Philly DOL: 07/22/2003.

It took approximately 8 months at DE SESA

Case No. 03391650 DOT Code 030.162-014 recieved in Regional Office on June 10th 2003 has been denied RIR. Msg posted on July 30th 2003.

really sorry to hear this, my DOT code is also the same as 030.162-014. dunno what is going to happen to my case.

Really Random!!

My case number is 033910xx with the DOT code 030.162-014.

Have they processed cases recd. in June and have not touched my case which was recd. on May 29th?

Only God knows what's going on in DOL!! One more question, any idea abt. when the cases get updated? Is it in a particular time or they get updated as and when the case is processed?

i guess they update the cases daily......but this is very bad to hear that the guys RIR was denied.

Anyone know what that DOT code is for?

Note: FWIW, I've yet to hear of any June cases being processed apart from this one, and maybe the welder that got through in no time recently.

random check......i usually check for only with DOT code 030.162-014 or 010. as most of the guys in this forum are in this DOT code. i got excited when i check month back that they have reached 03392000....but later came back to reality.

About case #'s?

All,

I did a random checking and observed that the case #'s are not assigned in sequence.

e.g.: A lesser case # is received at a later date than the greater case # and it's also vice versa.

Hence not sure how the case #'s are assigned. I was assuming the case #'s are assigned in a running sequence # fashion, but it is not that way.

Anyone here knows more on this?
