I didn't here any approvals for any case received after July 2nd….may be non IT cases...approved… I am not sure…

per my understanding Philly DOL taking more time in processing IT cases that to be RIR EB2…. Once again not sure…
 
Good news guys

Hi guys this is lakshmikanth.
I got my labour approved from PHILY DOL on August 15th.
I checked it only today.
My app reached dol on july 25th and approved on aug 15th.
My code 03379178 july 25th
dot code is 030.062-010

Does not make any sense to me...

We have so many people here in this thread who have RD in last week of June and first week of July.....They have no news from DOL regarding their application. Something is not right at Philly DOL Regional Office....

Anyway, If you got it then CONGRATULATIONS from all of us....

Lakshmikanthan is right....I just checked AVM and his RD was 07/02/2002, approved on 08/15/2002 with DOT code 030.062-010

I have question for all of you.
When will my attorney receive the labour certification from DOL.
I just talked to them this evening and they have not received it yet.

I got a mail from my attorney that my labour got approved. Mine was filed in EB3-RIR.

My attorney told me my receipt date was July 11 but when I checked on AVM it gave me August 9th. So I beleive My attorney is correct about the receipt dates. It looks like all the july cases will be approved this month. My Dot code is 030.062-010

Does EB2/EB3 make any difference??.

I wonder what's the case type of lakshmi??..Eb2 or Eb3??

It may be observed from the listing that Eb3 RIR seems to
be faster than Eb2....Any comments?
 
Strangely enough DOL is processing the applications in Random order

Hi Guys,

Seeing the postings on the forum of cases approved and talking to my attornies they all seem to indicate that DOL is processing applications in random order. As many cases recieved in July end and also August have been approved, where as many people on this forum with older PD are still waiting. Any thoughts on it as what is going on.

My lawyer has recieved approval for 5-6 cases with recieve date in August and July (August 12, August 5 and July 19).

Dial (215) 861-5286…choose option 1 followed by 1 if you know your employer's tax ID or 2 then enter your employer phone number from labor application…


You will here status of all cases applied by your employer, those are preceded by DOT code…. Find yours
 
Till yesterday we were able to expect by discussions. now I guess we can't predict what's going on with Philly DOL…may be the last conclusion will be EB3 is faster than EB2 if lakshmikanthan's case is EB3 or it may depends on who is the officer handling cases….

That's absolutely True.We can't predict anything.It seems the AVM is not updated from long time.When was it updated?

Guys can somebody clarify when will the attorney's receive the labour certification from DOL once it is certified.
