I'm in the same boat as u ..
Ad results filed back on 10/31/03 , mine is EB3-NonRIR
Please let me know if you find out how long before the case reaches DOL .. I posted on the SESA forum but got no reply ..

The status line doesn't work any more and they are not moving forward - maybe the whole employment based immigration category has been disbanded and we will be told after waiting about 3 years that wasn't any money to pay someone to put that up on the web page any sooner. Wouldn't that be just peachy!

Hearing about your date doesn't make me feel comfortable at all... although I've noticed considerable progress in Phili dates over the past 2 months and that may mean both you and I could end up moving on...
However as with everything else, I suspect this is just a stupid wait game...

If something happens with my case, I'll let u know.

Hi all,
I think my case moved from sesa to regional DOL (phili). Could anybody suggest how to recognize that the new case number added to the list of cases belonging to my employer is mine or not? The DOT code is consistent with my title.

Attached is the updated tracker.

My receipt date in Phily DOL July 7th 2003.
Date certified: Dec 15th 2003

Congrats raj. My receipt date is the same as yours, but my case was applied in the EB3/RIR category. I have my fingers crossed.

You have the same DOT code as mine, but mine is EB-3/RIR.

My receipt is 43 days after you.

My receipt date in Phily. DOL is same , but the DOT code is different. We are glad to know that at least region has resumed working on RIR cases.Hope that our turn comes soon,

More good news...

another RIR - IT case from my Co. received on 07/17 is certified on 12/16. Wanted to share this with you guys, though it is not my case! And, my case is about a month after this case and looking forward to that day... :)

My case is almost similar to yours ...
My case was forwarded almost the same date as yours .. RIR/EB-3.

Kindly update the DOL for ur friend.
