Any body know how long does the labour processing(RIR) @phili takes. Mine was filed on last week of oct 2001
 
Labor Processing in Philadelphia, PA

Hi Friends :

We are going through process of interview after Advt. published in National and Local news paper. My company will be filing for Labor in Philadelphia, PA in Apr \'02 under RIR EB2 catagory.

Just wanted to check approx. how much time does it take to get labor approval for this kind of cases.

Company also has office in NJ, but advt. has been done in PA News paper. Can Company file Labor application through NJ state as I understand NJ is moving faster than PA.

Is it possible to do so. Can anyone suggest ?

processing in NJ or PA

I think it depends on the tax papers of ur employer, if its registered in PA then u can file in PA other wise in NJ,please check it out ,I might be wrong.
 
NJ RIR Cases

My LC was filed in may 2001 in NJ under RIR by my company. I have heard that all RIR cases are being rejected by DOL and they have to be filed again under the regular category and it will be atleast 2 yrs for LC. Is this true? Please reply if anyone has more info on this..Thanks
