The only way we are going to know is anything is moving is by people posting their time. Regardless of if you received IL or not.

Not called for FP cleared or not. But no IL still.

DO at times go through audit where all adjudications are put on hold. At other times specific applications are put on hold and resources moved to other backlogged applications. It is possible that Philly in undergoing either of the scenarios I have mentioned.
