My priority date is 7/31/2002 CA RIR EB2
PBEC #: P -04307 -32xxx
45 day letter replied March 2005

No message from the PBEC regarding my LC

I too have CA RIR EB3 case # of P-04307-xxxxx (and PD of July 1, 2002), still nothing.

Have they lost the 04307 box or something?

Ya something wrong with that number. My PD is also July 2002 and first 4 digits are same P-0430x-xxxx.
Also your, RaoDulla's and Chilgun's PD has same date and same 5 digit number and all three are waiting...
Can we conclude something?

I think all of you should initiate some inquiry thru your attorneys , saying that cases with later PD's have been cleared & your cases are still pending.Lets hope that PBEC responds back with some clarification. This might make things clear for you.

Similar inquiries have yielded positive results in the past.I fail to remember the specifics , but worth trying
Thanks

I suspect they are processing by RD. what are your RDs? Also, do you know of anything that is out-of-the ordinary in your cases, like even an attorney change might cause it to delay...
just speculating...

My RD is in May 2003 -- I suppose the processing time was about the same those days, so I doubt this explains how come cases of November 2002 are processed already.

Attorneys did send two updates to PBEC: once my address has changed, and once the attorney's. But again, if there's a computer-shmumputer system in place, updating addresses shouldn't cause the case folder to be moved to the bottom of the pile.

What is about my case, no reason so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys,

It may be a coincidence but true. I scanned through the tracker and found that not a single individual starting with PD number p-04307-***** is ever certified and surprisingly they have priority dates ranging between 1st Mar 02 through 1Dec 02.
