My company attorney informed that my case is active at PBEC and no 45 day letter.

Now onto the next wait for I-485. :-(

Good luck to those waiting. They are slow but look to be processing based on PD now. My friend who had a PD date one month earlier than me got approval 3 months ago.

Any news on your case ? Your case seems to be old & should have been approved by now. Did you contact your attorney ?
