below are the details of my application... why do they have to create the BECs???... it made our wait longer.... PBEC has just started processing 2001 cases from the east coast...praying that PBEC will work faster....

Hard Copy Approval Received today

EB2, RIR, CA DOL.

Haven't seen the hard copy yet but DOL called up lawyer informing him of approval around July 15th, 2005.

My case went to Phily Center received 45 days letter on Jan 27th 2005... So Am i close to LC Approval??

When I saw phily Center approvals right now they are processing fourth Quarter 2001 PD cases...... If it is FIFO why this random approval is taking place...

In these couple days, I see some cases with PD:Jan-Feb/2002 are in Final review status in PBEC. For CA cases transferred to PBEC might soon being certified or in Final review status (From PBEC) since CA Regional office was stock in PD:Mar-Apr/2002 before cases were transferred to BECs.

If you received your status from 7yr H1B extension email reply, could you please post your status here to keep us updated?

I got my 7th year extension approved in 22 days.It was filed at VT .
Please explain more clearly about the CA office, Is PBEC looking at CA cases filed in March - April - 2002 ?

How do I get my screen shot? Do I need to be in my 6th year to get a screen shot status request? Below are my details:

Don't know where is my Case Dallas or pHilly..have case #

I do not know if my case is at Dallas or Philly...

Here are my details :

RIR CA
Priority Date 06/26/2002
Regional Received 05/2003
Letter received - early 2005
Case # P-04308-XXXXX

Since at DOL site it was mentioned all CA cases have been assigned to Dallas center..I was under the impression that my case was at Dallas....but after going thru the Dallas Approval Queue forum,i realize the case numbers there start with D....

Pls. let me know any info about this ....
