If your ETA case number starts with P, your lawyer should have received the 45DL already or it should be very soon. Check with him

you should check through the lawyer , you should have got the 45 day letter by now, i just saw a PDmarch2006 get 45 day letter

I have asked my lawyer one month ago. He sent a letter once and fax several times to PBEC, but no response. He called them once, but the lady said they did take personal check. So I don't know what I need to do. By the way, my ETA# is changed to "P" in Feb., but I haven't gotten 45 days letter until now. Thanks for your advice

Have we seen any approvals lately from GA/FL? There are spordic cases getting approved.
