Tanveer666,
All of us are in certain ways victims of incompetence from PBEC, folks like you are going out of way to help reduce the stress and give folks some hope. While my 2002 case is still pending, given the number of 2001, 2002 cases that got approved, I think that you have good information. Do not let few folks water down your do good attitude.
Take Care

My case was certified on Jan 24th PD: 4/5/2004. I asked my lawyer what EB category I was certified for and She just tell the later said the position that I was certified for : As COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

She said in the beginning I could file the I-140 as EB-2 but now she said I'm EB-3. Please give some Ideas on what I can do ?

It's my lucky day! I have just decided to move to Canada and say goodbye to my boss last night and today I saw my status changed to Certified! I would give it a second thought now.

I am in a similar boat as you are, PD Nov 2002, status = RIR every other field is filled out. Hoping that Tanveer is right. Best of luck.

No Progress at all on NOF cases

There is no rule that PBEC follows in approving NOF rebuttals. Few people get approvals with in a week and some are waiting for months. Ridiculous

I think that is the wrong, the PBEC has not discrimination for states such as the PA,VA, MD, NC

dont take it too hard buddy but its what I have been watching none of the 2004 cases from PA are approved in the last couple of months ( those approved may be counted on fingers from one hand with less fingers open :) ) on the other hand cases from other states approved even for 2005.

guys from other state, please don't take it as a complaint my best wishes for those whose cases got approved from other states and also wish the remaining the same.

Screen Shot

Guys,

I got the Screen Shot yesterday and i see that all fields except for Prevailing wage are filled. What does that mean ? And is there a way to find out the prevailing wage for the Occupation Code listed on the screen shot ?

Thanks

All I was the saying was that, there may be the people who got the labour certification. lc, but not posting the site of this forum, their success. I am sorry for the wrong or the right, in my answer. many of the people outside the forum do not report their success, there are the almost 360,000 cases in bec but few of them only reported in trackers or forums. good luck to allthe bec problem holders
