My guess is that your case is currently under processing. They are probably looking at your case and analyzing (which means "Data Review").

those are encouraging words!!!

may be lets keep a track of this case status for those who got the case information. May be we can know, what is actually happening inside pbec.

mvinays

this makes sense except that mithyas case has PD in 2003. So obviously we cannot rely on this workflow model.

I suspect it needs another level of sub detail, this would track Return of 45 Day notice. That will push some cases ahead of others from within those already at Regional....

Long time back, I requested a proof from Philly backlog center for my 7th year extention. Today, I received an email from Phily Backlog center. They have given a case number as T-0515x-xxxxx. And also they have mentioned that my case was received by them on June 08th 2005. My PD is Oct 30 2003.

Does any one know what does T on the new case number stands for?

please can you give us more information about the case status in the case information they provided to you. thanks in advance.

As you can notice above, the case status says "RIR". What is this supposed to mean? Also, I recieved "Employer failed existence check" in my 45-day CRNL. Lawyer responded with the appropriate documentation to prove employer's existence. However, in my screen shot, it doesn't say anything (They don't mention anything about employer existence check). Anybody, please advise.

FYI,These are exact requirements"Employer failed existence check" pbec wanted in my 45 day letter. Lawyer responded to it during march 2005. But in the screen shot, they did not mention anything about this.

Dont Warry...

thats ok...you are safe. i had the same thing in my 45-day-letter. they send it to any company that had any missing detail in their address, phones, EIN # etc... if you answer them, you have nothing to warry about. :)

BRC did abbreviated data entry to generate FIFO queue and assigned a temporary number starting with T. They will come one more time to complete the data entry before approval. I hope this help you.

For benefits of newcomers, I would like to clarify this:

Thanks all of you for detailed analysis. But I can't stretch importance of mentioning REGIONAL or SWA whenever you predict or post your approval or post your question.
BEC gave indication right from the beginning that 2005 Regional case will be given higher priority than 1999 SWA case. So I request again that please understand very important distinction between cases that went (to BEC) from region and from state.

Also I would like to clarify that 45 day letter has no correlation with when your cases will be adjudicated. Even though lot of SWA people from 2001 still haven't received 45 letters, their cases will be adjucated earlier than SWA cases who received 45 day letters in January.

For SWA people, there is nothing exciting, particularly when we still haven't received 45 day letters.

According to the pace predicted by some members, it looks like BEC can't eliminate backlog in next 3 years. I smell huge uprise and discontent towards BEC (and DOL) within 2-3 months. They have to change the way (add substantial number of contractors ) they are doing it.

Difference between XLS files

I think the difference between XLS files by z2002 and myself comes from the "Last_Sig_Event" check. I checked "Received Regional Office" cases only. z2002 added "NOF Issued" and many other states as well. For the benefit of this forum we should be counting "Received Regional Office" cases only, because (per my understanding) only those cases were supposed to be sent to BEC as "unopened".

Case Status :Certified per screen shot

I have requested Dallas BEC for the proof to file 7th year extension couple of days back. They have sent me a screen shot with all my details it it and in that I noticed there is field for case status and it says CERTIFIED..I assume My case is certified

Congrats, mithya

Mithya:

Congrats and the very best to you for the next stages.

I had a question for you, if you would kindly look at it as follows:

1) My labor also has a PD of June 2003 -
EB3/non-RIR filed from Harrisburg.
Philly Regional Office received it in Sept 2004.
45 Day letter received from PBEC on March 21, 2005.
Responded back the same day.
Case No. - P-04293-XXXXX
Based on the above, what would be a good guess for when I can expect
the Labor to be certified ?

Congrats once again.

screen shot questions?

This message is for KOSU!!
I got a screen shot from Phily BEC. Got a temp case number
T-05153-51***
I see case status = Incomplete

Can you tell me what case status did you get???

Please help!!

Can you make sure that the report aggregated on Rec_Local_Office or Rec_State_Office instead of Last_Event_Date or Rec_Regional? We discuss the PD which is the received date at State Level. As my estimation that it could not be 5000 April 2001 cases of RIR or TR that crashed SWAs and DOLs.

BEC totals

According to z2002's spreadsheet, there are 90,000 cases at Regional level in RIR and TR total.

The BECs are supposed to have 340,000 cases total. So are the remaining 250,000 cases SWA or unopened RIR cases? Am I missing something?
