NY Labor Approved

Recieved confirmation today from firm's lawyers that my Labor has been approved......Whew!! Don't know the exact approval date yet.

Does this number really mean anything?

I have recently got my case number-T-05173-*****. Is that mean they have started entering my case number on 173 th day on 2005? But T means my data entry is incomplete. Any idea when can I expect my 45 days letter?

This would have been further clarified had she got "case status" in her screen shot. But as they do always they skip that field in their reply. As some one rightly said she should simply keep bugging her HR /attorney till she receives 45 day letter. I believe she would get it pretty soon.

My question is, Is there anyway I can apply for EAD now along with 140 stage. Your help is highly appreciated.
 
MD-2001 applicants...

It is good to see some approvals but now my concern is that applications from 2001 are at the bottom of the pile. I got this list fo MD-2001 applicants from tracker :

EAD only after filing 485

You can apply for EAD only after filing 485
I do not think you can file for 485 concurrently anymore due to retrogression.

How to reopen

I was told my case was closed because my company and my attorney did not response to DOL 45 days. Actually both did not get any request for this letter.

My case: RIR/EB2
State: CA
PD: 12/2003
RD: 12/2004
Closing notice: 11/2005
ETA Case number: P-04324-XXXXX

What should I do for my case? My attorney did send email / FedEx to DOL to reopen this case. But no response from DOL yet.

In light of all the recent approvals, I think that my assumption was correct: PBEC processing queue seems to be at may/june 2002.

I know there are still a lot of 2001 and early 2002 cases that need approval and i can't explain why they have not been approved ... the magic of PBEC !!! gotta love it :p
