I would like to start this thread to track the progress made by the BEC regarding the SWA cases. So far we have mostly heard about the cases that were stuck at regional but there are a good bit of people that were still at the state level before the BEC started. So please post yur info, especially regarding 45 day letters in this thread :)

I am still waiting for my 45 day letter.... :(

No 45-day letter here either.
My application was received by NJ on Dec 2002, I don't know my case number and h1b7yr@phi.dflc.us didn't reply to my e-mail inqury from last Wednesday 8/24
 
So far the PBEC tracker has 432 cases logged and 152 are from SWA. Out of which only 20 cases have received their 45 day letter and the rest have just received temporary #s.

That is only 13% of 45DL for SWA cases ...

2 from Wasghington DC SWA
1 from South Carolina SWA
1 from Rhode Island SWA
12 from New York SWA
2 from New Jersey SWA
1 from Maryland SWA
1 from Florida SWA

So don't lose hope it will get there at some point :) Plus look at the bright side, there is only 1 reported SWA case at DBEC that has received a letter ... 1% of the total SWA cases that they have so we might not be be too screwed !

one of my friend filed in Dec 2001 from NY got his 45 day letter today

Processing type in screen shot say TR instead of RIR.

Are you sure the stats below is correct?

From the latest tracker, there are 401 SWA cases in PBEC and 337 of them have received 45 day letter.

Do I miss anything?

Yes you missed the most important .... that post you are refering to is form August 2005 .... almost a year old .....
