45 Day Letter: Received and Replied in Sept 2005.
Current Status: In Process

State = New Jersey
Case Tracking # : P-05146-XXXXX
45-Day Letter received - May 15th 2006
45-Day letter replied - May 20th 2006

++++++++++ I did some additional checking++++++++++++++

You guys may be aware of the website where pending applications can be tracked with the " P-05146-XXXXX" ( DOL BPC website )

Well I managed to do some random checking by putting a few numbers above and below my case status number .

It was an interesting discovery .

Case status number are randomly either randomly certified or randomly in process .

So please bear it in mind - some guys may be lucky if they get theirs certified early - or else it may be bad luck for others - i mean it may take a much longer time

Just checked status yesterday and
Case Status = " CERTIFIED " (On Nov 1st)

DOL BEC Website is not accessible

Does anyone else have the same problem too accessisng the website mentioned below .


I am noticing this problem for the last 1 week . All it does is timeout

It has become practically impossible to access the website mentioned above .
and hence not able to check the case online status

Link is working now!!! But my case is still in Process........
