any news on Phase III Bi-Specializtion? Please post here.

following news giving any predication about this.

Effective 10/30/2006:student reinstatemnt applications:the local district offices will forward all the applications which are received on or after 10/30/2006 will be forwarded to one of the two Service Centers: For East Jurisdiction to Vermont Service Center, and for West Jurisdiction to California Service Center.

Do we expect any thing like this for Green card applications??

Go visit www.immigration-law.com. There is some news about it for 140 & 485's too but no dates when it might come into effect. I did not even understand that fully whether someone can file directly with TSC (without involving NSC) after phase III.
