pharmacy registration certificate expired

My pharmacy registration certificate expired. But I have a sealed letter from pharmacy council which I took 2 years back from Hyderabad pharmacy council office. Now I want to apply for FPGEE can I use that sealed letter to send it with application or I need to get new one after renewing my certificate.

i think you must renew your registration becaus sealed letter from pharmacy council must be latest musn't be older then six month
