I have a question.
A friend is planning to file NIW from outside United States. I am in the US, can he use my address on any part of I-140 as "In care of" so that the receipt notice of his application can be sent to my US address.

He is worried mailing process in his country is cumbersome and he may not get the receipt notice of his petition.
How does this work? Thanks.

Yes they can use your address under the “Mailing Address” section of the form. Your name will be listed as the “In Care Of” with your address.
