petitioned for wife, do i need a separate petition for my newborn?

Hi all,

I am hoping you could answer my question. I petitioned for my wife's green card back in 2006. I got my green card before marriage. We know have twins that were born late 2007. My wife and babies live overseas. Do I need to file separate petitions for the twins or can my wife include them in her green card "consular processing" once her petition is approved and a visa number becomes available?
