I am an american citizen through natralization. I received news from the contry of my birth that my cousin had died leaving 5 children, and the father was no where to be found. I would like to sponser one of her children to come here and stay with me. Is there any other way that it could be done without me adopting the child

The adoption is the only way feasible and legal. Other ways either illegal or takes 10 to 20 years for the child to get an immigrant visa.
