Petition not Verified in PIMS system

Hi there,

My family applied for H4 visas abroad and consular was unable to verify electronically thru PIMS system.

Does any one has any idea how can I request to add my H1 petition into PIMS. Please note my H1 was extended not a new appoval.

Please guide me, I'm kind of stuck.....
