petition letter

Hi all,
The lawyer is preparing a NIW petition letter for me.I found that he didn't cite(or little) from recommendation letters which is totally different from what I saw in some sample petition letters. The lawyer said it is not necessory to repetition referee's sentence since they are clearly addressed in recommendation letters, or no need to repeat again?
It is right?

That depends very much on how he presented all other evidences in your petition. Every lawyer has a different style and there is no better or worse. My personal opinion is that you should cite the most impressive sentences from the reference letters also in the petition but that might be not lways the best way to go.
