Petition has been approved but there are changes to Martial status

My mother (U.S citizen) applied for my uncles in 2007. At that time the eldest one of my uncles was not married, and the second one was married with 1 child.
The eldest one is now married with a daughter and the second one also has another child now. My mom was sent the approval letter for their petition recently. How does she notify of this martial status change and the addiction to the family.

Since it's FB4, USCIS does not need to be notified until it's time for the consular interview, at which point some extra DS-230s will need to be filled out.
