I will be citizen of United States this month. I have couple question that I am getting confused. any advise will help.

1) I need to file a petition for my parents and brother so they can come to United States. Currently There are living in Canada with Permanent Resident Card. They are currently citizen of India. Should I file a Petition in Canada or India?

2) I also need to file a petition for my sister. She also live in Canada. She is currently Citizen of Canada. Should I file a petition in Canada or India?
 
A1: You will file I-130s in the US.

Thanks all for you reply.
My only concern is that consular office in Canada accept this kind of application or My parents have to go back to India for Medical and Interview process.

If they are Canadian permanent residents and live in Canada then the Consulate in Montreal will process the application, even if they are Indian citizens.

The medical can be done in Canada. You will get a list of approved doctors all over Canada during the process. The interview will be in Montreal.

There is a thread for green card processing at Montreal on this forum. I would recommend that you go through that thread. There is a lot of information on that thread.
