My mother is here on a visitor visa - I am planning on filing an I-130, I-485, G-325A, I-693, I-864(for me), I-864A (my husband)...all for my mother

For my father abroad in Bulgaria, I understand I file an I-130 for him here but he must consular process being abroad (I think)...so that's where I start getting lost. If his I-130 I file here gets approved...then what happens next? Does he file all the forms at the consulate in Bulgaria?

In addition...I think I would 'attach' my brother to my father's application - but I'm still unclear on how this would happen...can someone please help me? I've considered using a lawyer but the are just really too expensive for me...:(

I'm pretty good with all the forms and know quite a bit, but with my father being abroad...this has lost me a bit. Thanks.

Your brother can not come with your parents... it will take SEVERAL years before a visa number is available for him.

For your parents GC, read the sticky called Parents GC AOS and CP.

That is correct.

No. One of the questions you answer in the the I-130 asks whether the beneficiary resides abroad or in the US, and consequently whether they will be choosing CP or AOS. Basically once the I-130 is approved, it gets forwarded to NVC for the start of CP paperwork, and sent to the overseas consulate from there.

There is no derivative benefit for immediate relative petitions, so you either have to file a separate I-130 for your brother (and wait a really long time), or one of your parents must file an I-130 once they get their GC.
