Person having two cizenship apply US Asylum, is it possible?

Dear friends,
A person who has X citizen came to Y country.He somehow got citizenship of Y country without any formalities.And Y is a democratic country and X is a communist country.Applying asylum from Communist countries has more chance of winning than Democratic countries.
So, if he state that he is a citizen of X Communist country and apply asylum in US while hiding about his citizenship in Y Democratic country, will it be possible?
Will the asylum office or anyone else responsible come to know about his citizenship from the Y country?For example, will the Asylum related personnel search from the Google search engine whether his/her name comes out.Actually from the google search, this person's name come out in the Electoral Roll of the Y Democratic country.
So, what does the background check do really mean?

What you are trying to do is FRAUD. When you get caught, you can say bye bye to the benefits of this country. Just want you to be aware, you you put in your asylum application, a name check is done. You have no idea what kind of information can come up. In my honest opinion, if the scenario described is true, it is close to impossible to get asylum in the U.S.
 
NO. It should be North Korea and South Korea.

Only South Korea gives citizenship to people of North Korean. Taiwan doesnot!

If you can find him on some electoral roll on google..so can the government!!
