HOW is she getting her status?
IF as anything other than the spouse of a USC, her children (unmarried and under 21 are derivatives). If as a spouse of a USC her children who were under 18 when she married her spouse are his stepchildren and he can petition for them. IF the husband was an LPR and then naturalized, he can file additional I-130's for his children or stepchildren so they can come along.
If none of that applies, she can file for her children as soon as she gets her status (same day) with new I-130's but they will be ion the F2A (under 21) or F2B (21and over) category. She cannot file for a married son or daughter while still an LPR.
If she got asylum no more than 2 years prior she could have filed I-730s, but cannot once she gets a greencard.
