Permanent Soultion? Means no more Visa Bulletins?

I am dreaming that the permanent solution is to trash the bulletins and allow every one who clears the labor to apply for AOS.

Any way, its taking years despite allowing AOSes only when the Visa numbers available which is defeating the purpose of bulletins issuance. If they allow every one and clear the cases as and when the Visa numbers available may solve all the problems. No wastage of visa numbers as always there are cases in queue! We will be good with EADs and AC21.

I am fine with this. I think this is the big new IV is talking about. Let apply everyone without the dates became current. So we will start getting EADs.
