Hi,

My wife stayed Out of country for about 5 months and 20 days. She is a legal permanent resident. Every time when she enter US the customs official enter as LPR in the stamping. This time customs official stamped as APR. I thing LPR is a legal permanent Resident. I do not know what is APR stands for. Will it have any issues during her citizenship application. Please give me your suggestion.

Yup, this is completely normal and nothing to worry about. All of the US stamps I have in my passport, following receipt of my GC, have "APR" stamped in them.

Nothing to worry. I have all kinds such as: LPR, APR, ARC (Alien Resident Card). The stamp is to identify what classification for your entry. In this case, it is all under the classification of "Green Card".
