Is it just me? When I made a photocopy of my Permanent Resident Card (backside), only the upper part is showing with the rest just dark or black!

So, does it mean that we can submit it as it is?

Another N-400 application question, can we write a personal check to pay for the application and fingerprints? What does USCIS mean when they say, we can only use a check drawn from a U.S. Bank?

Back side of permanent resident always comes out black/dark in photocopies. You can send it as is.

You can send a personal check from your account in any US bank or credit union for the fee. What USCIS means is that you cannot write a check on a foreign bank account.
