My green card has been filed in Jan 2001. Currently I have 140 approved and 485 has been pending for more than 180 days. I changed the employer and new employer has filed AC21.
My new employer is also filing PERM (as backup) and I want to know... will this PERM filing going to affect my already filed GC? I hope it's not...
Any feedback on this will be greatly appreciated..
 
is your old I-140 EB-3?
What do you do once PERM gets approved? If you cancel the old I-485 you rob yourself of future AC-21 - something good to have in these unstable labor times.
