I have the same problem. I have my master degree which I got on June 2005. I have been working with one of the consultant company since then. So, I have around 2 yrs of experience, but with the same employer. I tried to get as much information as I can, but I am getting two infos in parallel.
1. My employer is saying, I don't need any previous experience, because I have US masters degree. So, I can apply for EB2.
2. Other my friends who got their GC already with EB2 said, you need to have some previous experience. If not, you have to change your current employer before even apply for LC.
I am so confused. What should I do? I am scared, if I will be like pendulum once I apply for LC.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
