Perm while on EAD

Hi there,
Currently I am working on EAD (PD Oct 2002, EB3, Retro). Is it possible to file for EB2 labor while still on EAD (Without applying for H1). Appreciate your inputs.

Your employer can file for your Labor at any time.

Hi HG5555,

I noticed that you had an RFE for your 485 (experience - opt auth. - dates not matching issues). I am in a similar situation. Can you please inform on how you resolved this issue? Were you able to count your college experience? My opt is missing just 1 month --- do you think they will care to RFE?
