PERM - what counts as experience

Hi All:

I am trying to build a case for myself to include as much experience as possible so that will help with my recruiting efforts.

1. Can you include internship experience (paid full time internships)?

2. Can you list coursework as a requirement to the job?

3. From the O*Net site and the labor cert site, education does count as experience, correct

4. ? I did 1 year of my Masters prior to joining my company and then finished it while working for the company. So I can't include my MS degree because I got it after I joined the company (it is considered experience gained on the job). But can I include the 1 year I spent at school prior to joining the company as experience?
 
Yes but they will count in terms of 40 hours/week. For eg. 6 months of relevant Research assistanthsip/Teaching assistantship in school/university at 20 hours/week will count as 3 months of total work experience.
