PERM through Small company

Hi,
I am planning on transferring my H1 to a small company ( 3-4 employees) and then applying for PERM LC processing.
Is there any reason of concern while applying for PERM with such a small company like this, given that the employer paid taxes in time , made reasonable profits and has been in business for around 5 years now? If so , what all need to be considered.
Also, I will be the first person to apply for GC through this company.

Please provide any inputs from your experiences.

Thanks

For PERM there is not much important about company is small or big. But any previous lay off will afferct the LC process.

Company credential will come in to play in the I 140 stage. If the company is too small to support you then problem,.

Why do you want to risk?

If your goal is to get GC I would avoid working for such a small company.

If your goal is to make money and I hope they are paying you well then I would join them and putting my GC at risk.

Bottom line smaller companies have to make a hard case to prove at I-140. No matter what companies tell you the truth comes out at I-140 level(2nd stage). It is better to play it safe.

A lot of big companies also hire and pay attractive salaries.
