Group,

1. What is the risk in applying for PERM, if you are working for a small firm with less than 10 employees ?

2. Also, I have 4 years of progressive exp after bachelors degree and 18 months of experience during my bachelors. Would I qualify for EB-2?

3. I have heard that when a small firm applies for EB-2, it might create audit/complication etc.... any experiences

I would appreciate if somebody could share ideas/experiences/suggestions.

Please advice

appreciate some feedback...

I would really appreciate if ppl in this board can share their experience on the above posted question.

Thanks in advance

1. No Problem unless the firm has been Willful Violator in the past or was involved in any kind of fraud and that has nothing to do with size of the firm as long as the financials are strong shows their ability to pay.

2. Seek attorney councel, generally 5 yrs Progressive exp reqd after BS but it's better to discuss the specifics with qualified attorney to see if there is a chance.

3. First answer kinda include this. I would like to hear any such cases. It may not just be because they are small firms, there must be other factors involved.
