PERM rejections?

My company has started processing my GC thru PERM regulations. The company lawyer informed us today that the 17 applications that were filed were ALL rejected by the system. It seems there is some bug/glitch in the system!

Has anyone heard about this or has any knowledge on this??

From what I read/heard, yes...there have been massive problems with rejections due to some glitch. Hopefully DOL is working on it!!

User Unfriendly PERM Online Filing Systems and Report of Massive Denials for First Filings Probably for Technical Reasons

The PERM online filing is only 7 days old, but there are already reports of massive instant denials, obviously for the technical reasons. Probably the correct term should have been "rejection" rather than denial. With reference to the denials, people should keep in mind a few things. Unlike the old labor certification system which barred filing of new idential application for six months after the denial, the PERM system permits repeated filings without any restrictions after denials. That much, it is a favorable system. However, according to the DFLC chief, once an application is denied and refiled, it will take a longer time because such cases will more likely go through the "audit" track. This practice should be limited to the denials on the merits of the application. It is hoped that when filing is denied for technical reasons, since the system did not reach merits or adjudication, it should be considered as "rejection rather than denial," and DFLC should not make it their practice to include such technical denial cases as the candidates for audit.
 
Are these rejections of applications due to technical problems (a lot of times online forms dont go thru becoz of faulty/invalid entries) OR rejections of labor approvals?

The system was tested very well before implementation. I think the rejections are due to EB2 filings. The job code and skills are not matching.Is any EB3 filing denied??
