I think you mean H8 checked with NO while H10-B is still YES.
If so, H-14 usually usually must have a line similar to "The employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience".
I still don't quite understand these seemingly conflicting selections. However my case used the above selections and was approved.
This is EXTREMELY important. Please do ask your lawyer for your specifics. Otherwise it is very easy to get denied immediately
