I had my PERM application submitted by my employer on Dec. 19, 2005, but my employer told me that they made a mistaked on filling up the application, they can't withdraw the application online, what they did they sent a email to the Chicago Center for the cancellation of 12/19, application. My employer submitted another application on my behalf last Dec. 29, 2005. Here's the problem? My employer told me that they received the denial letter from the Chicago Center on the first application they submitted on Dec. 19, the denial reason is that OES determination date must be on or before 03/08/05. My question. Will my employer ignored the letter of denial the Chicago Center send to my employer, since they send a email for the withdrawal for the first application bec. of mistaken filling up the application? What will happened to the second application they submitted on Dec. 29, ?
