PERM published in Federal register

Folks,

After a real long wait, the PERM regulation has been published as anticipated. Here is the link to the actual document from the federal register. Feel free to go through it and read it for its implications:

The new regulation looks to be pretty good in general. Im sure that within a few days major immigration websites will carry a simplified version of this regulation.

Ive taken a printout of the whole thing and will be going through it myself to understand the fine print etc better.

put in PERM in the 2004 (Volume 69) Only: quick search box and PERM document appears 3rd or 4th in the list. This is the real deal.
