Perm Processing time

Hi,

Does anyone know how much time is it taking for Perm processing nowadays?
When I filed my first labor, it was certified within a month 2 years back. Unfortunately I am in a situation to file another labor now.

It depends on the processing center and whether it is an EB2 or EB3 case. From what I've seen, average processing time for EB3 is anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months (without an audit); average time for EB2 (with an audit) usually is approved within 5 months or less.

Yes, I long for the "good ol' days" too when cases I submitted were certified in a week (the record for the fastest I ever submitted was 18 hours!) but I guess they are becoming more strict and stringent, especially because the economy is doing so crappy and ignorant people try to blame immigrants.
