Your password? You mean your HR account's password. That should take less than a week.

Normally it takes 1 or 2 days.

Believe it or not it took 7 weeks and a couple of days to receive the PIN NUMBER. We received it yesterday afternoon!!!!!
And this is just the beginning: my employer nly received the PIN number, NO PASSWORD! We contacted the DOL, they apparently resent the password... It's been more than 12 hours and still nothing...
