Perm or Not?

I filled LC in april 2004. Before it went any further, it was moved to Philadelphia BEC. I haven't even got the 45 day letter.

It seems my company is asking us if we want to file LC under PERM. I don't have the details. Should I move to PERM or should I stay with BEC?

I haven't done any research on PERM. Any advice are welcome.

You can fille PERM by converting the LC with PD Apr 2004.

So you will go in to PERM process at the same time keeping your old PD
