Hi

I currently work as Market Research Analyst. Can I get approved for EB2 with MBA+0? Company is willing to help. Would requiring a foreign language help?
I have some experience from before I got my BS and my MBA can that be used?

EB2 is for people with a Masters degree and higher or a bachelor's with five years of progressive experience tied to the bachelors degree. So what's the question?

But just requiring an MBA+0 or MS+0 would be ok? Its for a Marketing Research position. What about salary can it be Lv 1?
 
You need to go to the Dept. of Labor (DOL)website and find out your job description along with your matching qualifications. Then you need to find what the salary requirements are based on the DOL's guidelines. It's about dollars.

After you find the classification at the DOL website, you need to go to the state DOL website for wage information in that classification.

The average wage in California for that position is about $ 64,000.00.

please note that alongwith your advanced degree qual., the job description should also require advanced degree or bs+5 yrs. You could be a Phd from the best university but if the job calls for bachelors degree with less than 5 yrs, it will be eb3 not eb2.
 
Right now when looking to fill that position they are writing. Master preferred.
They are willing to help me and change it to required. Question is about Salary. Does it have to be Level 2 in order to use Eb2? And if that's the case they're only required to pay it when I get the green card right?
