PERM Labor Certification filing question?

Hello,
The lawyer on behalf of my employer had filed PERM Labor Certification in the past which has been approved now. The lawyer "CLAIMS" that my PERM Labor Certification was filed under EB-2 category.

My question:
I have a copy of ETA form 9089 that was filed for PERM Labor Certification application.

Could someone please advise how I can verify from ETA form 9089 or otherwise that it was indeed filed in EB-2 category specifically as "CLAIMED" by the lawyer?

The requirement in section H will state the minimum degree is a Master's; or, it will require a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience. Different attorneys draft it differently.
Why are you getting all upset with your attorneys saying that they are 'claiming' things when you don't know how to read the forms? Do your research first before insisting others are wronging you.
