PERM - For Existing Labor Petitions??

Will the PERM speed up clearing the existing petitions or will it be advantageous to new petitions only?

According to my attorney.It is highly likely that you can convert your currrent application to PERM.We will find out soon(APRIL 03)

It's obvious that even if you can not convert it to PERM, you can file a new LC(under PERM). Taking into account that it should not take more than 21 days, priority day is of lesser importantce.

Does filing LCA again under PERM mean that you have to give Paper Advertisements and other efforts that you had done earlier again?

Curious...if that's how it is .
