PERM for Education & Preparation Category 1 (professional)

Hi:

I have a question regarding EB2 qualification. My current position has a Job Zone 5 and Education and Preparation Category 1 (professional). I have BS + MS (not related to current occupation) + finishing Doctorate next year + 3 years experience. Do I qualify for EB2 under PERM?

To qualify EB2 your job title/Description must require MS Degree or higher education.

Simply having MS, does notqualify for EB2
