I am planning to file under PERM thru a company whose corporate office is in tennisse,but I am working in California.
There are two centres for PERM one in Chicago and the otehr in Atlanata.
Based on where the corporate offcie is located ,I need to file in PERM in Atlaanta because tennisse comes under Atlanta region.
But when the employement is considered , i am in working in California, so shall I need to file in PERM in Chicago?
If filed in Atlanata, the 1-140/485 filing will be in Texas Center
If filed in Chicago, I-140/485 will be in California center which is going reasonably well.
Whis is the correct way I need to follow,I haven't talked to attorney still.
