PERM Eligibility and Requirements

Hi,

I am new on this form. My EB1-EA got denied recently and I have received RFE for EB2 NIW. It seems unlikely that I may get it. I would to know what are my chances in PERM. I am working in Ohio. I would like to know what are the requirements for PERM process and if I am eligible for this process. I am a researcher(PhD) and I have 10 years of research expierence.

You must have put your self petition in EB1.
PERM, EB2 you must have a job offer and complete job description to get Prewailing wage and levelin your state. You will definitely qualify and also PERM is safe for highly educated.Thanks for help.
